Senior Law & Policy Analyst
Joseph White joined CHHS in October 2020. In this role, he currently supports the District of Columbia’s Homeland Security & Emergency Management Agency (HSEMA) as a Program Manager on the DC Presidential Inaugural Committee.
Joseph earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2020. Joseph previously served Legal Aid of West Virginia as an AmeriCorps Intake Paralegal and Legal Assistant for two years prior to starting law school.
Joseph obtained his Bachelor’s of Science in Economics, graduating Cum Laude from West Virginia University in 2015.
